The pure sea salt is a crunchy, mineral-rich sea salt that give it a bold, rich and pure flavor that enhances and elevates the dishes you cook. Pairs with everything. You can use it for cooking, for brining, for curing, for finishing and everything in between.
Saltverk Flaky sea salt is a crunchy, mineral-fresh sea salt produced using only energy from geothermal hot springs in the Westford's of Iceland. Geothermal energy is the sole energy source used when making the salt and therefor during our whole process we leave zero carbon footprints on the environment.
