The sleeves are cast on in A with 34 (34, 36, 36, 38, 38) stitches on 4½ mm double-pointed needles, ribbed for 5 cm, increased by 4 stitches on 6 mm to 38 (38, 40, 40, 42, 42) and given the same border; then in A 2 stitches are increased at the underarm every 8th round, 6 (7, 7, 8, 7, 8) times, to 50 (52, 54, 56, 56, 58), and the sleeve is knitted to 48 (49, 50, 51, 52, 53) cm. Body and sleeves are joined for the round yoke, 186 (198, 204, 210, 216, 228) stitches, and the yoke chart, with four decrease rounds, takes it to 62 (66, 68, 70, 72, 76); sizes XS to XL leave out marked rounds, so the chart is 34 (35, 37, 37, 38, 39) rounds. The neckband is knitted in A on 4½ mm: decreased evenly to 52 (54, 56, 58, 60, 62) stitches, 3 cm of knit 1, purl 1 rib in the round, ending at the centre front, then 3 cm of rib knitted back and forth, and cast off in rib.
