Body and sleeves are joined, 96 stitches, for the round yoke: a 12-round chart of zigzags in oatmeal, acorn and black sheep heather on white, with small oatmeal columns up to the neck, decreased to 32 stitches. The neckband is knitted back and forth on the smaller needles — 1 knit row and 2 rows of rib in oatmeal, then 1 row of rib and the cast-off in black sheep heather — so it leaves a short opening at one side, closed with a button and a crocheted loop.
