Body and sleeves are joined for the round yoke: a 44-round chart with five decrease rounds, from 200 (208, 216, 232, 240) stitches to 75 (78, 81, 87, 90) — black heather motifs on grey, rising into a white band high on the yoke, then grey with black lines up to the neckband; the smaller sizes leave out marked rounds. Every black heather stitch is purled except the first black round of the border and one stitch in each repeat on round 3 of the yoke chart, so the motifs stand out as small bumps.
