The neckband is 8 cm of rib, folded to the inside and sewn down. Two rows of machine stitching go into each purl stitch up the front, the front is cut open between them, and the cut edges are finished with a row of crochet in split lopi. Ribbed front bands are picked up and knitted on, with buttonholes on one side.
