The sleeves start with moss-stitch cuffs in the round. Body and sleeves are joined and the yoke is knitted in the round from a seven-colour chart with decreases, from 145–169 stitches down to 51–59. The collar is black: six rows of moss stitch, a purled fold line and six rows of stocking stitch, folded to the inside and slip-stitched down.
